That's a brilliant book - I loved it. Also, it's on the list! Clearly someone felt the same way. Hurrah! It didn't give me a warm glow though. I thought it was one of the most depressing books I'd read for years. Very, very beautifully written though, and very moving, even though it made me want to chuck myself off a cliff in sympathy.
