Australia Post is just as useless. They 'lost' all our redirected mail for nearly 3 weeks. As it turned out, when we went in and gave them both our names and told them it could be filed under either, or both (we know Australia Post) they decided to completely ignore us and only check under Graham's name. They even rang other post offices several times and all sorts of stuff and all the time they had it. Under my name. Grr.
